Peter Linsell- Fraser joined the company in 1991 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2001. He recently became Company Chairman following the retirement of the previous Chairman Geoff Hunt.

He is a  graduate of Durham University and has the post- graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Derby. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute. In addition to being a practising IFA, Peter also manages the Company's Group Services Department which looks after HR, IT support, financial management, facilities management and regulatory compliance. Peter specialises in private client financial advice and pre-retirement counselling.

He lives in West Yorkshire and is married to Deby who is an HR Business Partner working for a major international financial and legal information company. They have three adult sons.
